Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Oriental Artisan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@oriental-artisan.com. Upon cancellation, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
2. Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oriental-artisan.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, at our discretion. This includes items that are not in their original condition, are damaged (not due to our error), or are missing parts.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email with the reason for the rejection. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at support@oriental-artisan.com to arrange for an exchange.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
