Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oriental Artisan! We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 5-14 business days for us to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped. We make every effort to expedite this process. The long processing time is due to all the products we sell are hand made and some are made to order.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days, depending on your country or region. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics.

3. Pre-ordered and Back-ordered Items

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package. You can also track your package by visiting our Tracking Page via chat or on track my order part. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to appear.

5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We process orders quickly, and there is a limited window to correct any errors. If you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@oriental-artisan.com. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct the address once the order has been processed.

6. Return Shipping

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For more information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your respective shipping carrier directly. You can find the carrier's contact information on our Tracking Page or in the shipping confirmation email. Please also contact us at support@oriental-artisan.com so we can assist you with your claim.
