Role Overview: You are the primary link between our brand and the master craftsmen of Japan and the East. Your goal is to identify and curate treasures—from Edo Kiriko glass to handcrafted stoneware—that meet our exacting standards for heritage and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with master glassblowers and kilns in Japan.
- Vet every piece for cultural authenticity and technical precision.
- Manage the supply chain for rare, limited-run collections like the Edo Kiriko whisky glass series.
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Japanese craftsmanship or Art History.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English.
- Willingness to travel to remote artisan studios and kilns.

2. PR & SEO Master (Brand Storyteller), Hong Kong

Role Overview: You will own the narrative of Oriental Artisan. Your mission is to elevate our reputation across global news agencies and ensure that when someone searches for "artisan ramen bowls" or "handcrafted treasures," they find us first.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling press releases and features that highlight the value of Japanese masters.
- Execute an SEO strategy focused on Google’s E-E-A-T standards (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
- Manage media outreach and secure high-authority backlinks in the lifestyle and culinary sectors.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in luxury e-commerce PR and technical SEO.
- A sophisticated writing style that can translate the "weight of generations" into digital copy.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

3. E-commerce Operations & CX Manager, Hong Kong

Role Overview: You ensure the "Art of the Table" is a seamless experience from the first click to the unboxing. You will manage the digital storefront and lead a customer service team dedicated to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize the Shopify/e-commerce platform for high-end user experience (UX).
- Oversee the logistics of shipping fragile, high-value items like gaiwan.
- Develop a "White Glove" customer service program for VIP collectors and gift-buyers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in high-end e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking conversion rates and supply chain bottlenecks.
- A perfectionist’s eye for detail regarding inventory and fulfillment.

4. Digital Content Creator (Visual Artist), Hong Kong, Tokyo

Role Overview: You capture the "Radiant Transparency" of our products. Through photography, video, and design, you tell the story of the artisans behind the bowls and the light refracting through the glass.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-fidelity product photography and short-form video (Veo style) for social media.
- Design digital lookbooks that reflect our brand’s "sophisticated and inspiring" tone.
- Create visual assets for seasonal campaigns and PR features.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in studio photography and lighting for reflective surfaces (glass/lacquer).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
